Terms of Service

TCGIndex provides information about trading-card versions, regional prices, price types, confidence and markets in Korean and English. Member features are available only to people aged 14 or older who agree to these terms and the collection and use of personal information. Your account is created after email verification. Analytics consent is optional and is not a condition of registration.

Member features are currently free, with up to 100 saved cards and 10 price alerts. Alerts check conditions daily after noon Korea time (03:00 UTC). They compare observations from the last 48 hours with the same market, currency, price type and card condition, and do not send the same observation twice. Data updates, sending limits or email-provider issues may delay or prevent delivery. These are not real-time trading alerts.

Prices and indices are reference information compiled from observable market data using defined methods. They do not guarantee authenticity, an executable transaction price, investment value, future prices, or buying or selling outcomes. TCGIndex is not a party to card transactions and does not broker payments or trades.

You are responsible for keeping sign-in links issued to your email and your sessions secure. Interference with the service, bypassing access controls, automated bulk collection, using another person's account and redistribution that infringes data-source rights are prohibited. We may restrict an account or feature if a violation or security risk is identified.

You can remove alerts on the Price alerts page. Delete your account in Account settings after a recent sign-in, or contact us at the address above. Deletion removes account data including saved cards, alerts and login sessions.

Data and features may be delayed, changed or discontinued because of source contracts, rights, quality or outages. We announce important changes to these terms and their effective dates through the service, and obtain consent again when required by applicable law. These terms do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
